BerryCraft™ hesabı oluşturarak, faaliyet gösterdiğimiz yasal çerçeveyi kabul etmiş olursunuz. EULA | Terms of Service  Bu Şartlar, oyuncularımız ve BerryCraft™ arasında kullanım, etkileşim ve işlem beklentilerini net bir şekilde tanımlamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

EULA’da belirtildiği gibi, BerryCraft™ hizmetlerini kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlar için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisansla kullanma izniniz vardır. Bu Şartlar’ın ihlali, bölüm 4’te belirtilen şekilde BerryAccount’ınızın askıya alınmasına veya sonlandırılmasına yol açabilir.

BerryCraft™ topluluğunun bir parçası olarak, BerryAccount kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini ve gizliliğini korumaktan sorumlusunuz. Giriş bilgilerinizi başkalarıyla paylaşmamalısınız, çünkü hesabınız altında gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.

EULA’mıza uygun olarak, BerryCraft™ herhangi bir yetkisiz erişimden veya bu erişimden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Hesabınızda yetkisiz erişim veya ihlal şüphesi durumunda, derhal bize bildireceğinizi kabul ediyorsunuz.

Abonelikler: BerryCraft™ üyelikleri veya diğer tekrarlayan hizmetler gibi herhangi bir hizmete abone olarak, doğru fatura bilgilerini sağlamayı ve aboneliğinizle ilişkili tekrarlanan ücretleri ödemeyi kabul edersiniz. Bu abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.

Tek Seferlik Satın Alımlar: Oyun içi öğeler, kozmetikler, skinler veya güçlendirmeler gibi ürünler tek seferlik satın alımlar olarak sunulmaktadır. Bu öğeler, yalnızca yasal olarak öngörülen istisnai durumlar veya hata yapılması durumunda geri ödenebilir.

İade Politikası: EULA’mıza göre, işlemler, işlendiği anda kesinleşmiş sayılır. BerryCraft™, memnuniyet sağlamayı hedeflese de, yalnızca geçerli yasal düzenlemelere göre veya işlem sürecinde bir hata yapılması durumunda iade yapılır.

Ayrıca, tüm sanal malların BerryCraft™'e ait olduğunu ve gerçek dünya değeri taşımadığını kabul ediyorsunuz. Bu öğeler, EULA'nın 5. bölümünde belirtildiği şekilde, sistemimiz dışında satılamaz veya takas edilemez.

Hizmetlerimizi kullanırken, BerryCraft™ ortamına zarar verebilecek eylemlerden kaçınmayı kabul ediyorsunuz. Bu, ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak kaydıyla:

- Hile yapma, hataları kullanma veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf yazılımlarını kullanma.
- Sahtecilik faaliyetlerinde bulunma, örneğin geri ödeme dolandırıcılığı veya sanal malların yasa dışı satışı.

Bu şartların ihlali, EULA’nın 4. bölümüne göre hesabınızın askıya alınması veya kalıcı olarak sonlandırılması dahil olmak üzere disiplin cezalarına yol açabilir.

BerryCraft™, BerryCraft™ hizmetlerinin, yazılımların, oyun içi varlıkların ve BerryServer ile ilişkili içeriklerin tüm haklarını, unvanını ve çıkarlarını elinde tutar. Bu hizmetleri EULA şartlarına göre yalnızca kullanım amacıyla sınırlı bir lisansla kullanma hakkına sahipsiniz.

BerryCraft™ fikri mülkiyetinin, sanal mallar da dahil olmak üzere, izinsiz kullanımı, çoğaltılması veya dağıtımı kesinlikle yasaktır.

BerryCraft™, BerryCraft™ hizmetlerinin kullanılabilirliği veya performansı konusunda herhangi bir garanti veya taahhüt vermez. EULA’nın 6. bölümünde belirtildiği gibi, hizmetlerimiz "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır ve hizmetlerin kullanımı sonucu oluşan dolaylı, tesadüfi veya sonuçsal zararlar, sanal mallar veya verilerin kaybı dahil olmak üzere hiçbir sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

BerryCraft™'ün sunucuların, verilerin veya içeriğin kullanılabilirliğini garanti edemeyeceğini ve hizmet kesintileri, gecikmeler veya arıza durumlarında sorumlu tutulamayacağını anlıyorsunuz.

Bu Şartları her zaman değiştirme veya güncelleme hakkını saklı tutuyoruz. Yapılacak değişiklikler, web sitemizde yayınlandığı anda geçerli olacaktır. Değişikliklerin yayınlanmasının ardından BerryCraft™ hizmetlerini kullanmaya devam ederek, güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

Kolaylık sağlamak için, bu Şartları düzenli olarak gözden geçirmenizi öneririz.

Bu Şartlar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Şartlarla veya BerryCraft™ hizmetlerini kullanımınızla ilgili herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, Türk hukuku uyarınca çözülecek ve Türkiye'deki mahkemelerin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.

By creating an account with BerryCraft™, you acknowledge and accept the legal framework within which we operate. EULA | Terms of Service  These Terms are designed to protect both you, our valued player, and BerryCraft™ by defining clear expectations for use, interaction, and transactions within our ecosystem.

As outlined in the EULA, your use of BerryCraft™ services is granted under a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any breach of these Terms may lead to suspension or termination of your BerryAccount as detailed in section 4.

As part of the BerryCraft™ community, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BerryAccount credentials. You must not share your login information with others, as you are held accountable for any activities conducted under your account.

In accordance with our EULA, you acknowledge that BerryCraft™ is not liable for any unauthorized use or damages resulting from such access. If you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account, you agree to notify us immediately.

Subscriptions: By subscribing to any of our services, including BerryCraft™ memberships or other recurring services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the recurring charges associated with your subscription. These subscriptions are renewed automatically unless you cancel them prior to the renewal date.

One-Time Purchases: In-game items, such as cosmetics, skins, or boosts, are offered as one-time purchases. These items are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as provided by law or in case of error on our part.

Refund Policy: As stated in our EULA, transactions are considered final once processed. While BerryCraft™ strives to ensure satisfaction, we do not offer refunds for purchases unless required by applicable law or if there was an error made during the transaction process.

You further understand and agree that all virtual goods are property of BerryCraft™ and hold no real-world value. These items cannot be sold or exchanged outside of our ecosystem, as referenced in the EULA, section 5.

In using our services, you agree to refrain from actions that could harm the BerryCraft™ environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as chargeback fraud or the illegal resale of virtual goods.

Any violation of these terms may result in disciplinary actions, including the suspension or permanent termination of your account, as per the guidelines outlined in section 4 of the EULA.

BerryCraft™ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the BerryCraft™ services, including all software, in-game assets, and content associated with BerryServer. You are granted only a limited license to use these services under the terms of the EULA, which includes the right to access and use the services as intended by BerryCraft™.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of BerryCraft™ intellectual property, including virtual goods, is strictly prohibited.

BerryCraft™ makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability or performance of the BerryCraft™ services. As specified in section 6 of the EULA, our services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services, including loss of virtual goods or data.

You understand that BerryCraft™ cannot guarantee the availability of servers, data, or content, and are not liable for disruptions, delays, or service failures.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use BerryCraft™ services after changes are posted, you agree to accept the updated Terms.

For your convenience, we encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any revisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of BerryCraft™ services shall be resolved in accordance with Turkish law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
