BerryCraft™ Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA)

1. Lisans Verme
BerryCraft™, BerryAccount aracılığıyla BerryServer hizmetlerini kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans sağlar.
2. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
- Hesap Güvenliği: BerryAccount bilgilerinizi korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız altında gerçekleştirilen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- İçerik Sahipliği: BerryServer’ı kullanırken oluşturduğunuz içeriğin sahipliğini korursunuz. BerryServer’ı kullanarak, BerryCraft™'e içeriğinizi kullanma, gösterme ve düzenleme için dünya çapında, telif hakkı ödenmeyen, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz.
- Yasaklı Aktiviteler: BerryServer’ı kullanırken hile yapma, hata istismarı veya kötüye kullanım gibi faaliyetlerden kesinlikle kaçınmalısınız.
- İçerik Sahipliği: BerryServer’ı kullanırken oluşturduğunuz içeriğin sahipliğini korursunuz. BerryServer’ı kullanarak, BerryCraft™'e içeriğinizi kullanma, gösterme ve düzenleme için dünya çapında, telif hakkı ödenmeyen, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz.
- Yasaklı Aktiviteler: BerryServer’ı kullanırken hile yapma, hata istismarı veya kötüye kullanım gibi faaliyetlerden kesinlikle kaçınmalısınız.
3. Kısıtlamalar
- Satış veya Devretme: BerryAccount veya BerryServer erişimini satamaz, kiralayamaz veya devredemezsiniz.
- Tersine Mühendislik: BerryCraft™'in sağladığı yazılım veya hizmetleri tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
- Yetkisiz Erişim: BerryServer’ın hizmetlerine veya sistemlerine yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışamazsınız.
- Tersine Mühendislik: BerryCraft™'in sağladığı yazılım veya hizmetleri tersine mühendislik yapamazsınız.
- Yetkisiz Erişim: BerryServer’ın hizmetlerine veya sistemlerine yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışamazsınız.
4. Hesap Sonlandırma
BerryCraft™, bu EULA’nın herhangi bir şartını ihlal etmeniz durumunda BerryAccount’ınızı ve BerryServer erişiminizi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Sonlandırma durumunda, BerryServer ve BerryAccount kullanımınızı sonlandırmalı ve hesabınıza bağlı içeriği kaldırmalısınız.
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
BerryServer ve hizmetleri ile ilgili tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları, BerryCraft™'e aittir. Bu EULA’da açıkça belirtilenler dışında size hiçbir hak verilmez.
6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
BerryCraft™, BerryServer ve BerryAccount'ı "olduğu gibi" sunar, herhangi bir garanti vermez. BerryCraft™, BerryServer veya BerryAccount kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlar için sorumlu değildir.
7. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu EULA, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olup, anlaşmazlık durumunda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
8. Değişiklikler
BerryCraft™, bu EULA’yı zaman zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler yayımlandıkları anda yürürlüğe girer. Herhangi bir değişiklikten sonra BerryServer ve BerryAccount kullanımınıza devam etmeniz, revize edilmiş EULA’yı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

BerryCraft™ End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: 9.05.2024
1. License Grant
BerryCraft™ provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use BerryServer services through your BerryAccount for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA.
2. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your BerryAccount credentials. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your account.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create while using BerryServer through your BerryAccount. By using BerryServer, you grant BerryCraft™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify such content as necessary to operate and enhance our services.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with BerryServer, including but not limited to cheating, exploiting bugs, or abusive behavior.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create while using BerryServer through your BerryAccount. By using BerryServer, you grant BerryCraft™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify such content as necessary to operate and enhance our services.

3. Restrictions
- No Resale or Transfer: You may not sell, lease, or transfer access to BerryAccount or BerryServer services.
- No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or services provided by BerryCraft™.
- No Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of BerryServer’s services or systems.

4. Account Termination
BerryCraft™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your BerryAccount and access to BerryServer if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of BerryServer and BerryAccount and remove any content associated with your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to BerryServer and its services, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by BerryCraft™ or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in this EULA.
6. Limitation of Liability
BerryCraft™ provides BerryServer services and BerryAccount "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BerryCraft™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BerryServer or BerryAccount.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
8. Amendments
BerryCraft™ may modify this EULA at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of BerryServer and BerryAccount following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
